Mommiepreneur To Host 1st Annual Toy Drive This Weekend

Bronx, NY, December 10, 2015 /KidZNewswire/ -- Mommiepreneur Success Network is hosting its 1st annual Toy Drive! Our Mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in homeless shelters throughout the Bronx.

"Our goal is collect 200 toys and to deliver them with a message of hope. As entrepreneurs, we will share our message to the children to remain in school and hopefully educate them on entrepreneurship and guide them in the right direction to turn their idea into a business! Our objective is to play an active role in the development of one of our nation?s most valuable resources ? our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause to contribute to better communities in the future," says founder Isela Reyes.

Isela Fernandez Reyes Born and raised in Brooklyn NY moved to the Bronx in 2004. At the tender age of 18 she met her now husband, Edwin Reyes. In 2007, the young couple lost everything and was forced to move into a homeless shelter where they welcomed their first daughter. During this very dark and difficult time in their lives, the couple never gave up on entrepreneurship. However with lack of direction and lack of support their dreams had to be placed on hold. Working as a business banker in Citibank, Isela would talk to business owners daily which gave her the motivation to quit her job and start her first business, Peek-A-Boo Daycare. A year after starting her child care business, Mommiepreneur Success was born. Mommiepreneur is an organization geared towards women entrepreneurs. Isela is now a success coach and Mommiepreneur who helps women find clarity, direction and support in their businesses all while standing out and getting paid!!!
